Tunes On Rotation :: Frog Eyes

Frog Eyes are one of my favourite bands.

They have consistently put out incredibly interesting records, yet have never seemed to gain as much attention as Canadian bands like Wolf Parade and Sunset Rubdown who are led by Spencer Krug, one of Carey Mercer's (lead singer/guitarist of Frog Eyes) good friends.

Either way, their fifth album is coming out this April entitled Paul's Tomb: A Triumph, through Dead Oceans, and the band has just released the new track called "Lear In Love", which takes me back to the days when I intensely spun "Ship Destroyer" over and over and over and over in '04.

Fuck I love this band.
